'Saturday Evening Post' exhibit on display at Booth
CARTERSVILLE, Ga. -- A display honoring the timeless covers of the Saturday Evening Post is now on display at Booth Western Art Museum.
"Covering America: The Saturday Evening Post in the 1950's and early 1960's" opened Mar. 30.
Thirty original paintings from John Clymer, Stevan Dohanos, John Falter, George Hughes, Norman Rockwell, Amos Sewell, Richard Sargent, Mead Schaeffer and Thornton Utz depict the quality of life in post-World War II America.
The exhibit will be on display through Sept. 29.
Booth Western Art Museum is located at 501 Museum Drive in Cartersville.
