Cartersville Pizza Hut fugitive captured in Indiana

CARTERSVILLE, Ga. -- The man who escaped from a prisoner transport van in Cartersville last week has been arrested hundreds of miles away.

Sean Killion was taken into custody without incident near Ellettsville, Ind., just northwest of Bloomington. He was transported to a federal holding facility.

Killion, 42, was on his way to Indiana from Florida when he first escaped. Cartersville Police said he shoved a female security guard and ran from the transport van after it stopped at a Pizza Hut.

The suspect was originally arrested on a probation violation warrant. Investigators have not yet said what, if any, charges he will face in the escape.

The U.S. Marshals Task Force, Indiana State Police, Indiana Department of Corrections and DEA Task Force all worked together to arrest Killion.
