USA TODAY Metro Atlanta Super 25 Boys Poll

USA TODAY Metro Atlanta Super 25 Boys Poll

ATLANTA -- The USA Today Super 25 Boys Basketball Poll for Metro Atlanta is here.  The teams have made it through their holiday tournaments with two very familiar faces at the top.

When coaching legend Dr. Phil McCrary suddenly stepped down last summer, Kerry Sandifer was thrust into the lead role with a team that had won 3 straight state championships.  So far, not much has changed on Columbia Drive.  The Eagles beat Norcross in the final of their own holiday tournament and they are the number one team this week.

4-time state champion Miller Grove is next, followed by Hillgrove, Shiloh and Norcross to complete the top 5.  North Cobb is 6th this week, with Greater Atlanta Christian, North Gwinnett, Alatoona and Marist completing this week's top 10.

ATLANTA -- The latest edition of the Metro Atlanta Super 25 Poll by USA Today is here.

As we head into the final week of the regular season, there is a change in the Top 10, but no change at the very top.

Coming off a bye week, the Norcross Blue Devils are still on top and will face winless Meadowcreek Friday night. Grayson is headed for a showdown with Brookwood this week. The Rams are 2nd, with Sandy Creek, North Gwinnett and Lassiter rounding out the Top 5.

M.L. King, Jr. is 6th, followed by Lovejoy, South Gwinnett and West Forsyth. Parkview rejoins the Top 10 after beating Berkmar last week.

Marist rises from 23rd to 11th after beating Chamblee, and North Cobb returns to the poll at No. 18.

Stephenson and Kell rejoin the poll at 24th and 25th, respectively.

Gainesville and Buford drop out of the Super 25 this week.
