Pedestrian killed in Bartow County | News

CARTERSVILLE, Ga. -- A woman was hit by a car and killed at a Cartersville intersection Tuesday morning.

Christina Mae Warner, 27, was the victim of a hit-and-run at Mac Johnson Road and Highway 41 shortly after midnight.

Witnesses described the car that hit Warner as a dark blue passenger vehicle.

The Georgia State Patrol is investigating Warner's death.
