CARTERSVILLE, Ga. -- A Cartersville man is celebrating his second "sweet" Georgia Lottery win.

Scott Rouen played the instant game $400,000 Grant and won the top prize of $400,000. He also won a $50,000 prize in 2007.

"I yelled out," Rouen said of the moment he learned he'd won. "It's sweet."

The 51-year-old winner purchased his ticket at Airport Grocery on Sunlight Road in Ellijay. He bought it while visiting his wife at her Ellijay business.

"My wife gets half off the top," he said, adding that he also plans to spend some of the money on traveling.
